While your data is securely synchronized via CloudKit for cross-device access and backup, the app does
not transmit your data to any other third-party APIs or services. All core functionality, such as
habit tracking and focus management, remains local to your device.
CloudKit for Secure Storage
CloudKit is Apple's cloud service designed for app developers to store and sync data securely. It offers
end-to-end encryption, meaning your data is encrypted on your device before being uploaded to iCloud and can
only be decrypted by your trusted devices. We utilize CloudKit's private database containers, ensuring that your
data remains tied to your iCloud account and is not accessible to us or any other third party.
"Always Locked" Privacy
To protect your most sensitive habits and tracking data, Daily Commitment Stack features an explicit "Always Locked" PIN entry system. Personal habits marked as sensitive are hidden and fortified with device-level protections, ensuring complete confidentiality. This PIN code is stored securely and never transmitted externally.
Share Functionality
The app may include options to share your progress. When used, your data is shared securely via standard iOS sharing mechanisms. The data is not transmitted to external servers unless explicitly chosen by you through an iOS sharing option.
