All of your data (including grocery items, stores, categories, and shopping trips) is stored locally on your device in a secure private database using Room (SQLite). This data remains strictly on your device and is not sent to our servers or any other third-party services.
Device Backups
The app supports standard Android Auto Backup (tied to your Google Account). This allows your app data to be securely backed up and restored via Google's system services (such as Google Drive) when you switch or restore your device. This backup process is managed entirely by Android's operating system, and we do not have access to your backups or your Google account.
Share Functionality
The app includes sharing features (e.g., copying your grocery lists or reports). When you use these features, the data is copied to your device's local system clipboard or shared via standard Android sharing mechanisms. This is entirely local, and no data is transmitted to external servers unless explicitly chosen by you through your device's sharing options.
Analytics & Tracking
We do not use analytics tools, crash reporting libraries that collect personal data, tracking cookies, or advertisements. No usage data is collected or tracked.
No Accounts Required
You do not need to register, log in, or create an account to use the application. Your personal identity remains completely anonymous.
